BFS series bottle filling sealing (capping) machine is applicable to acid and neutral product such as dairy, beverage etc.  

The machine is designed in Germany. Validated by famous European certifying authority, it’s unique dry process decontamination technology complies with VDMA standard of aseptic food packaging machine and can be used for sensitive neutral product at reduction rate of Log-5.  

Compare with rotary filler, the machine can have smaller aseptic chamber and lower H2O2 consumption, thanks to its compact linear design. The space of the machine is also minimized accordingly. 

For the inlet and outlet of bottle, robot arm or manipulator transmission is optional depend on specific bottle design. Meanwhile, customer can choose different ways to close the bottle by sealing lid or cap or by both altogether.  

There are three different dosing systems can be chosen for product with viscosity from low to high and product with fruit pieces. Meanwhile, up to three flavors products can be proceeded at the same time on same machine thanks to the combination of dosing system.   

Flexibility is another advantage. Machine is flexible for bottle shapes and neck sizes. Bottles with two different neck sizes and various bottle shapes can be proceeded on same machine thanks to the patented key neck hole technology. Meanwhile, bottles made by different material such as HDPE, PET and glass are all able to be accommodated on the machine. 

Machine has three different types and covers capacity from 12000 to 45000 bph.
