FFS Series Aseptic Cup Form Fill Seal Machine

Product introduction

FFS Series cup form fill seal machine is applicable to fill dairy and milk content products, such as yoghurt, milk shake, cheese and butter etc.

The machine is designed in Germany. Validated by famous European certifying authority, it’s unique dry process decontamination technology complies with VDMA standard of aseptic food packaging machine and can be used for sensitive neutral product at reduction rate of Log-5.

Thanks to advanced thermo forming technology and in mold labeling technology, the machine can produce various kinds of standard and special cup such as square cup, cone cup and two-compartment cup etc.

The precise dosing system can accommodate product with different viscosity from liquid, dense to semi-liquid. Meanwhile, relevant dosing units can be used to proceed product with special additive and flavor such as fruit pieces and cereal.

Machine has four standard types and covers capacity from 25000 to 200000 cph.
