Ningbo Lehui International Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in August, 1998, formerly known as Ningbo Lehui Food Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. the old plant area of the company is located in Xiangxi electromechanical Industrial Park, Xizhou Town, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City. The plant site is currently equipped with 6 X-ray flaw detectors (2 indoor flaw detectors and 4 field flaw detectors). After obtaining ZHf [2007] No. 137 EIA reply (see Annex 1 for current EIA, deemed acceptance), It has obtained the radiation safety license Zhejiang Huanfu license [00541] (see Annex 2), and the flaw detection environmental assessment, license and acceptance procedures over the years are complete.
Due to the needs of development, the company plans to build a new xiaoweizhuang plant in block 2-1, xiaoweizhuang plot, Lingang equipment Industrial Park, Xiangshan Industrial Zone, Xianyang Town, Xiangshan County. After the environmental impact assessment, the construction project has obtained the reply to the environmental impact assessment (zxhx [2016] No. 55) (see Annex 3). At the same time, the company plans to build an additional flaw detection room in the plant equipped with 4 X-ray flaw detectors. After verification with the owner, the EIA content is to expand one X-ray testing room in xiaoweizhuang new plant area, and use four X-ray testing machines for indoor testing, and there is no working condition of simultaneous startup. The scale of the company's radiation activities in the past five years is one X-ray testing room in the old plant, equipped with six X-ray testing machines (two indoor testing machines and four field testing machines), and one X-ray testing room in the new xiaoweizhuang plant, equipped with four X-ray testing machines for indoor testing.
In order to protect the environment and protect public health, Ningbo Lehui International Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. formally entrusted China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. to conduct a radiation environmental impact assessment on the project on April 25, 2018 (see Annex 4 for the power of attorney).
On the basis of site survey and collection of relevant data, the assessment unit has prepared the radiation environmental impact report (Draft for approval) of the project in accordance with the content and format of the environmental impact assessment document of the nuclear technology utilization construction project in the radiation environmental protection management guidelines and relevant environmental protection requirements.
