CFS Series Aseptic Preformed Cup Filling Sealing Machine

Product introduction

CFS Series linear preformed cup filling sealing machine is applicable to fill various kinds of liquid acid and neutral product such as yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee and tea drink etc.

The machine is designed in Germany. Validated by famous European certifying authority, it’s unique dry process decontamination technology complies with VDMA standard of aseptic food packaging machine and can be used for sensitive neutral product at reduction rate of Log-5.

The dosing system of the machine has three basic structures, in order to fill product with viscosity from low to high level and product with big fruit pieces. Thanks to our tailor made design, flavors filling, multi-layer filling and retrofit filling are achievable according to customer’s request.

As another major advantage, flexibility can be also achieved on the machine. Customer can produce different formats of cup on same machine, and shift from one format to another without any changing parts.

Base on different cup sizes, the capacity of the machine covers the range from 12000 to 58000 cph.
