The main vessel and jacket are manufactured using high-tech laser-welding technology. Lehui's brewhouse design minimizes the mash transfer and prevents high amounts of oxygen, ensuring a high-quality product.

Lehui's 2-vessel brewhouses have a standard modular design which covers an area of only about 10 square meters.

The vent stack's design on the combined Wort Kettle/Whirlpool vessel allows secondary vapor to be condensed and directly discharged to the gulley to prevent environmental pollution. Lehui brewhouses include a semi-automatic grain removal system in order to reduce workload of the brewmaster.

The Mash/Lauter Tun vessel's control system measures brewing water and spraying water, along with measurable feed water and spent grain-washing water. The vessel includes a combined grain-raking and discharge unit (forward to rake the grain bed and reverse to discharge spent grain), a spent grain door on the side and interior LED lights.

The Wort Kettle/Whirlpool vessel includes bottom and side jackets, a manhole, operating platform, balance column, pump (frequency control), control box, temperature sensor, pneumatic and manual valves and interior LED lights.

Standard models produce 5, 10 and 20 bbl per brew.

Brewhouses include CE and UL-certified electronic instruments, pumps, heat exchangers and other accessories.
